Salon Seven Nail Service Policy
At Salon Seven, our goal is for every client to leave feeling happy and confident.
SATISFACTION: At the end of each service, we’ll check to make sure you’re satisfied before you leave.
ADJUSTMENTS: If you are not completely satisfied after your appointment, we are happy to make an adjustment within 3 days of your original visit at no additional charge.
REFUNDS: Because services are completed with your approval, no refunds or partial refunds are given.
DURABILITY ISSUES: If your nails chip or lift within 5 days, please contact us and we’ll repair them free of charge.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
